1 March 2017 The PMR was born.
From March 1, 2017 Mobility Agency – A.M. Ltd as required by Law R. 30/98 as amended , the consortium sold the business branch relating to Local Public Transport to the Agenzia Mobilità Romagnola – A.M.R. Ltd consortium (which operates in the localities of Rimini, Forlì-Cesena and Ravenna).
Its new registered name is Patrimonio Mobilità Provincia di Rimini – P.M.R. Ltd consortium:
PMR is based in 67 Via Dario Campana in Rimini and holds, within the province of Rimini, the ownership of networks and capital goods to carry out the Local Public Transport service, ensuring their safekeeping and maintenance and the related availability to its overseers; it is also entrusted with the realisation of transport and mobility infrastructures, including the TRC.
There is absolute continuity between AM and PMR, which remains an entirely public company, consisting of the same AM corporate bodies; the corporate purpose remains unchanged, with the exception of the activities of the TPL Authority, now the responsibility of AMR.
